In my Country only few older shooters know vintage American grips, that at the contrary I appreciate very much, learning a lot of infos I discovered on this amazing Forum since my inscription.
However I never found this kind of grips, that to me are identical to SILE grips. (SILE were produced here in Italy by request of a newyorker distributor, usually in a poor grain italian walnut). I particularly love thumbrest grips, that I purchased in a good number: but it is very difficult to achieve items in USA, because nobody ships overseas.
Today I see this new-to-me set of grips, but their box says they are branded Tyler: I'm totally aware that Tyler produced their famous adapters for magna grips.
Did Tyler distributed sile grips with his own brand?

I doubt they are the same company. The logo on the box is different from the Tyler grip adaptor folks, and the "s" on the end seems to not be used on the Tyler grip adaptor name. That's my guess, anyway. They do look like a Sile product though.

For a while Tyler did have both a leather and grip shop in addition to their T-grips. I know this because I have a set of Tyler grips on a security six. This was in the late 1990's and the person I talked with at Tyler was the grip maker. He said the leather shop had just closed and he would be leaving soon. However, I cannot verify if those are indeed Tyler Grips. Mine did not come with a box like yours but merely bubble wrapped in a padded shipping envelope.

It seems to me that the same Tyler did sell stocks at one time, but this is recalling clear back into the early 1960s without references. That is not to say this is the same Tyler though. If there is an Oklahoma City address on the box it probably is.

I'm too curious, I know. Btw, continuing my search in the web, I have another little piece of the puzzle: a set of grips of the same Company . No other details, however. The logo is similar, but not identical to Tyler's adapters.

The original poster's grips are very similar to the wooden Fitz grips of that era. The box itself, is almost identical to the Sile boxes.
I have never seen the Tyler named grips before. It may have been a short lived business venture just for export?

Sorry, I don't agree. I mean: Fitz target grips probably inspired the gripmaker of SILE, and these "Tyler's" grips are absolutely identical to SILE. I guess the same italian company that manufactured them was commissioned both by SILE and this less known Tyler (maybe not the same guy). It is curious that SILE are not so common here as in US.

Exactly what I suppose.
Here pics 1 &2 are SILE, 3 and 4 Fitz
