I don't know if it is ok to ask about different gun shops in here or not. This place has some no lock 442's listed on gunamerica. I'm wondering if anyone has dealt with them in person. Thanks

What's their feedback rating? That's usually a pretty good indicator of their style. If they were crooked, Guns America probably would've weeded them out. Hope that helps.

Well, it's a little deceiving. The rating is 100% but they have 206 transactions with only 2 reviews listed. The 2 reviews are positive but that's not enough to make me comfortable with it.

Very reputable. Been there forever. Very nice shop. Good people. Prices are high for the area. They are about 45 minutes from me. I get in there at least once a month.

All the Best,

Thanks for the info.

I haven't been in the store, but I've heard good things. I live in the same county. Prices seem kind of high though. Might be why I haven't made the trip there yet. :)

They're good. A friend of mine works there, and he is a member of this board. Perry's is bigger and been around longer than most gunshops, you can deal with confidence.

Thanks. Compared to the prices in my state, they are not too bad. At least on the no lock 442. A place near me sold some recently for $500, Perry's has 1 left at $459. Lower than the starting price on gunbroker too. Some other places near me had them for $479 but they can't get them anymore.

+1 to dwhite53 and stiab. Live in Raleigh close to the shop and have dealt with them for 20+ years.

I've been dealing with them for a long time also. Bought my 686 there and Barry (the owner) ordered my 629 Classic for me. Bought a couple of off brands(GP 100 & Buckmark) there also. They are good people to talk with and deal with. There's some ex-LEO's working part time and they have excellent knowledge of Cowboy Action also.:)

Perry's is good people. Prices are high as others have stated, but they have a good selection and friendly staff.

If you are ever in the area at Christmas, stop in the day after for their big sale. Lotsa good deals to be had!
