Which S&W wooden grips fit onto a new round butt model 10 that came with the rubber boot? I like the look of the wood grips, and would like to have a set for this pistol.

Thanks for any help.

The Combat finger groove stocks can be found in a RB version, and there is another older plainer version called the banana style. The more common, standard K/L frame target stocks (with the flared out lower section) only fit the square butt frame.

My recent production Model 10 wears a set of Ahrends finger groove round butt grips. Very nice quality, good fit, and very comfortable to shoot.

My S&W 10-6 (gun on the right in the following picture) wears PC ("Plain Clothes") Magna/Service square-butt grips, along with a Tyler T-grip grip-adapter. The S&W 10-9 (gun on the left) wore round-butt Magnas (and eventually also had a T-grip, but then I sold the gun):

Square-butt grips will fit on a round-butt frame, but there will be a gap near the bottom where the round-butt frame will curve inwards. Round-butt grips will 'fit' on a square-butt frame, but the frame will stick out where the round-butt grips curve inwards. There also exist round-to-square "conversion" grips that give a round-butt frame a square-butt profile.
