Does anyone have a list of the original cardboard box part numbers, which frame size the correspond to and/or dimensions?

The Standard Catalog of Smith & Wesson says for the 1983-1997 one piece cardboard boxes, the part #'s are stamped inside the right flap. Part # 3392 is for J frames, #3393 is for small K frames, # 3394 is for 6" K&L frames and # 3395 is for N frames. Dimensions are not given.
However, in my own collection I have a box part #4832 for a revolver that is identical to box # 3393 in size. The difference is #3393 is just marked Smith & Wesson and # 4832 is marked Smith & Wesson A Lear Siegler Company.
And I have a box that my 4" L frame 586 came in that is marked #4834 and Smith & Wesson a Bangor Punta Company, another Lear Siegler box marked # 4830 that my Model 31-1 3" J frame came in.
So obviously the box SKU's changed as the ownership of Smith & Wesson changed.
