BEWARE OF FAKES, BOTH BOXES AND END LABELS!!!!
Original boxes are hard to come by and anywhere from $50 to $100 when you do find them for sale.
Be wary of the "as new" condition ones you see on E-Bay. There is a seller there that has sold fakes for many years. He doesn't really list as reproductions but you can see the details and remember if it looks to good to be true....it usually is.
If you see any on this Forum you can trust that everything is on the up and up.
Another piece of advice but you really want to know the date periods of your firearms that you are looking for boxes for as there are many different styles, colors and printing, as well as inserts for specific barrel lengths, etc.
It's a fun world looking for those old boxes and documents for the S&W's that have long since gone out of production.
