I ran across a very clean, what appears to be unfired Night Guard 8 shot 327 at a pawn shop with the 2.5” barrel. What’s it worth? Comes with original box and an extra rubber grip. Thanks in advance.

Well I bought it. Couldn’t help myself.

Nice grab! I probably would have bought it too. I have a 386NG and absolutely love it. You won't be disappointed.

I have seen numerous night guard series guns on GB and Rock Island auctions for example, sell north of $1500 and even into $2000 territory over the years. I have two, a 325NG and a 327NG both in high condition with boxes, grips, fired cartridges, and appropriate documents. They were purchased probably 10 years ago at $750 each well under market value at the time.

Nice find, and it looks NIB! I owned a Model 386PD (7-shot with Scandium-Aluminum frame and titanium cylinder) for about a year...that's about all I could take! Although it was very light and easy to carry, and had 7-shots of .357 Magnum, the recoil was so punishing that I traded it in for a used PC Model 627-5 (2-5/8", 8-shot). There was no way that I could take a quick follow up shot with that 386 due to recoil and muzzle flip. I'm much happier with the 627-5. But that's just me, and I hope that you really enjoy your 386NG! Congratulations!

I'd say Dino44 is correct...the 327NG commands a premium. I've not seen one sell for less than $1500 lately. I remember handling one at an LGS somewhere around 2010ish, they wanted $900 and I just didn't have it...that was the last one I have come across in the wild. Now when I come across something that is rare and on my list I buy and worry about the $ later...it won't matter in the end, lol.
