Default Re-Stamp S&W Logo, Trademark, Model, etc?

I just traded for a 5" 629-3 that was originally laser etched (I believe) with the S&W Logo, "Made in USA", .44 Magnum, etc. etc.

A previous owner polished, or attempted to polish, the heck out of it and pretty much wore the laser etching away.

Can all of the marks be stamped now? Or am I out of luck.

This revolver will likely end up being carried for deer/hog hunting, so I may end up having it bead blasted to a matte finish anyway, but if I end up selling, it would be nice to have the stamps in place.

I have 629/686 mountain guns that all the ecthing has worn off from use. Etching was/is a CHEAP way to mark Smiths. Decided just to keep using them as is.
