Lay the frame down on the right side so the mag release won't go out that side. Push the little pin that is beside the button down with a small punch and turn the button loose. The pin and spring fit into the frame beside the mag release. Very small, don't loose them.
Thanks fellas. Look at a pic of a 910 on gun broker and you'll see that they don't have the spring and plunger by the release button that the others do. The button spins freely but doesnt unscrew. Now what ???? rj
Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I think the mag release button on a 910 is a snap-on plastic part, not the nut that screws on. I think you have to either pry or break that plastic button off and then replace it with a new one.
Tracer_Bullet, you were right. I layed the frame on it's side and with punch and hammer it poped out with one hit , didn't brake anything so I think I can just reasemble and pop it back together. Thanks, rj
Yup thats how it works, Pressed back together by thumb and works great. Make sure to get tapered coil spring in right direction otherwise you'll only have half the travel and it won't release mag. rj
