How many rounds can a 686 really withstand?

Assuming it's been well-maintained like you say, it should be able to handle magnum loads just fine. The 686 was designed to handle full-house loads of 357 magnum. Mine has had a lot of everything from .38s up to Federal 125 grain JHP 357's (hot) without any problems. Personally, I wouldn't...

    Trijicon Sights

I recently had Trijicon night sights added to my Glock 17. Personally, I think they're great. The white circles help in the daylight and the green tritium shows up well in the dark. Since a lot of self-defense situations happen at night, I think they're a good idea. Also, since the sights...

    Night Sights

I'm looking for some night sights for a Glock 17. So far, I'm leaning toward the Trijicon sights. I'd appreciate your opinions on Trijicon & other types of night sights. Thanks.

    Blackhawk/Knoxx Breachersgrip

Has anyone used the Blackhawk/Knoxx Breachersgrip? I've read where these grips can reduce the recoil of a shotgun by 50 - 75%. Supposedly these grips would let you fire a 12 gauge shotgun one-handed (in an emergency situation, I guess). Thanks for any responses.

What do you think of the new S&W website?

I agree. You can search by keyword or product #, but I preferred the old way. The drop-down boxes just seemed to be simpler. It was easier to search for model number or caliber.

What do you think of the new S&W website?

From what I've seen so far, I don't really like it. It seems to take a long time to load. On the old site, you could look up handguns by caliber or model number. If you can do that on the new site, I haven't been able to find it.

    Airweight 442 problems

Sipowicz, I had to send my toilet seat back for the same reason. The manufacturer told me there was nothing wrong with the seat. They said it was "operator error". Obviously my aim with a handgun isn't all that getting worse.:D
