Should chamber be cleared when putting gun away for the night?

If you keep unloading at night it could effect the round that keeps getting re chambered. I’d leave it loaded. Just secure it safely if children are around.

J Frame Snub Owners: What is your favorite "carry" grips?

When my hands were young and for looks I liked the Uncle Mikes Boot Grips that they came with at that time. Once my hands got old and especially now that they are stiff and sore often, I like Pachmayr Compacts and Hogue Tamers.

    The humble J frame

Always loved J-Frames. I rotate 4 of the five I have and always have one in my off hand pocket. I consider it my main gun because at any time and any place, I can have my hand in my pocket, Gun in hand ready to draw. These crazy times I also keep a high cap 9 in my waist around the appendix area.

    What do you think?

Always carry never tell. Gas station or wherever, I try to keep my head on pivot, left hand in pocket on second gun witch probably makes it the first gun. The Appendix/waistband gun would be the Stuff Hit The Fan gun.
