    Have used this data for many years with great success, especially the 150 FMJ and IMR-4895 at 49 grains. Point of aim and impact is the same as M2 Ball, ejection is the same pattern....must be a near perfect replicant of M2 Ball. Randy

Then you have a ready supply to feed your M1.....I have never used the adjustable plug...saw too many accuracy problems. Given what you already have use the ammo...

    mold handles question

    Well, I used a set of Lee 6 cavity mold handles from my 10mm mold....had to drill the handle where the screw goes through very slightly so that the holes would line up.... Yay!!! It works everyone...thanks for all of the tips and help. Randy

    HSM cowboy loads

    With a lead projectile and anyone's powder you are still going to have to clean it.....just the nature of shooting lead projectiles. Doesn't bother me in the least to do so. Randy

    A friend of mine here in Montana is a professional guide and his choice is.....................his M1 Garand. As an old service rifle competitor I can assure you he can dump 8 and reload for another VERY quickly.... Randy
