    CLOSE WTB: model 31

OR some other variant of .32. I have a model 1903 5th change but want something more modern also. A model 30, model 31, or heaven forbid a model 16 or 631. For the model 30 or 31 a 3" or 4" is preferred but will consider others. thanks!

WTB: model 631 .32 mag or various models of .32 S&W long

Long shot here, but I am interested in a model 631. I have a model 1903 5th change which has really sparked my interest in .32 calibers. A model 30 or 31 interests me, and I really want adjustable rear sight which seems to be the issue finding one in this caliber. But one that shoot to POA...

    Newbie to 44 mag loading

12 bhn I have only started loading .44 Mag this past summer, only full house loads so far. I too would like to make some plinking loads, so learning here also from this thread. I use Missouri Bullets in .38 Special and .32 S&W Long. I really like them (the Hi-Tek coated ones).

    Model 63 22LR values

As a teenager in the 80’s I always had a fascination with owning a model 63. Alas my first pistol was a Ruger MkII which I shot profusely and had modified to the point of destroying any original value. I walked into my LGS last year and saw a nice 63 in the used display for 600. SN # M14106x...

    15-3 question

I have Never seen a model 15 with that barrel. IMO it is a model 10 heavy barrel swapped onto a 15 frame. I bought a shooter grade 15-3 from a local gun show in 2019 for 375. The one that sold last week in the classifieds for ~700 was beautiful, WAY better value than purchasing and restoring...

Friend stumped me with a photo today

Friend at work recently inherited a few guns from his grandfather. He showed me a photo of a stainless revolver, 3” full underlug barrel, rear adjustable sight, in .38 Special! It looked like a 3” 686 except for the caliber, and a pinned front sight with no red insert (didn’t notice that at the...

Is the community .22lr finish reamer still being loaned around?

I am not having any luck finding the forum reamer. If someone has one they would be willing to rent to me I would greatly appreciate it. Cannot even find one to purchase, everything is out of stock.

Is the community .22lr finish reamer still being loaned around?

I read about this being passed around a while back. I have a 1980 model 63 and a friend’s model 617 that I would like to clean up for easier loading. Thanks in advance, Chaz

OVER TO THE DARK SIDE...2022 PYTHON

Yet the cuffs look strangely like S&W cuffs being carried with that Colt. Do they bitch at each other over who actually gets credit for the arrest? :)

    19-4 grip problem need help

What can be done? Several things. IMO anything less than a perfect fit is unacceptable. What I do in the following order: 1. Remove grips from revolver and place each half frame side down on a PERFECTLY flat surface such as a mirror, piece of glass, granite countertop. You are looking to see...

    Another Sock Draw S&W 32-20

Excellent purchase! A 32-20 has intrigued me, but the ammo seems to be problematic. Do you reload? I do, but have read about the difficulty reloading due to paper thin case mouth. Am I overly concerned?

Trying to find new load for 32 S&W long. Satisfied for now.

Froggie, I just saw this older post, thank you for responding. Now that I have a SCSW book I can confidently sat that my .32 HE Model of 1903 is a 5th change - my serial number is 167823. So unfortunately for you I do not need these loads disposed of :). I am curious though, why do you feel...
