The rule change was from Oct 9, 2013, and went into effect Feb 1, 2014. Many bought 627 8 shot revolvers right away, while some of us struggled with the 6 shot gun. A 6 shot revolver still finished 10th overall at the Nationals this year.

I had S&W put a new barrel on my 586-7, and they cut off the original barrel. Same thing, they said it was seized. When the repair was finished, the "cut off" barrel was returned to me with the finished revolver. The 586 had an accuracy issue and now shoots great.

These are Morini "non" adjustable grips on a Model 14. No need looking for a SAO version. This style grip is for International shooting.

My 25-2 never really had a forcing cone cut into it. Mine would lead up the barrel, but after a gunsmith recut the forcing cone, it was fine.

Back when I shot this target, I was right handed, I had to change to left hand after my right arm gave out shooting single handed.
