Kudos on finding such a nice specimen. I'm seriously looking into getting a .45 for my next hg. The 4566 seems to be a logical choice considering how much I like my 5906 already. I am begining to feel the 3rd gen addiction start to take over.

Things worked out so that I actually got to go to the range today. Put approx. 100 rounds through the 6906 and 150 through the 5906. They easily digested all rounds(stanky S&B and Fed cheapies) without any issues. The 6906 does shoot a little low as many have reported but not so much that it is...

I received mine yesterday and am very satisfied with the "Very Good" rating that they use. I hope that your experience is comparable.

As a follow up to my post in the new member's forum, here are the pics of my newest editions. Overall, I have to say that I am very pleased with the cosmetic condition of the guns. Naturally, there is some minor holster rash and a few tiny nicks/scratches but nothing that really draws the eye...
