after looking and reading correctly the mark 2 version should have the adjustable sight which i have,why would someone get a of fixed sight for it,maybe something i am not understanding,thanks.

well i picked up my 45 shorty.i am happy i think i got a nice one.it is marked 45 shorty mk.2,serial #SFF1018,it did come in the black case with all papers,product code is 170088.it is like new and has 3 performance center mags.it has fixed sights with another set of sights in the case.

i will be seeing and talking to my freind again today, i will find out everything i can about it and let you guys know,he wants 700.00 for it,and will not come down on price,i guess i could later find case and paperwork to make it complete.thanks to all.

the semi looks like the first picture and says shorty 45 at the end of the slide and i think it is stainless with some parts being aluminum if i remember what he told me,i know it's a performance center one,there was no case so i can't look on it for the product codes.thanks for the info.

the rub marks are on the outside high spots of the cylinder where they can be seen when closed so they really don't have contact with anything.when fully closed you can see a gap all the way around the cylinder,i really think these rub spots are from a problem with the revolver and not from...
