First guy that pointed me in Coopers direction, builds/ restocks rifle for precision shooting. He said it was a Mauser "style" action for .270 , 30/06 length cartridges. He thought maybe Winchester mod 70, Remington or Tikka actions might fit. Went to a friend that has a few 70's. The 2 bolt...
I was in a local gun store recently when a gentleman walked in carrying a beautiful left handed stock. He walked up to the salesman and myself and said he had just picked this up out of a recycle bin in neighborhood and did we/I want it. Being a lefty, I accepted.
After some research and emails...
Dan Wesson will replace the front sight for you if you send the slide in. Shoot them an email and tell them what distance you are shooting and how high above point of aim the bullets strike. They will tell you the correct height sight.
They had a fire and were moving to a new place. Not sure if...
I asked my GP this the other day. I have been on gel for about a year and a half. His answer was no to shrinking the boys, but it does reduce your sperm count.
My problem was lagging labido and lack of energy. I work out 2 to 3 times a week. My T level was on the very low side of normal. It has...
As has been said, the circular mark is from the cylinder gap/ pressure being deflected from the top strap into the screw recess and back onto the exterior of the cylinder. Maybe a longer screw that would sit flush in that area and check the cylinder barrel gap.

It is a strong side or cross draw type. Have one for my 617 as well. Cross draw is perfect for riding on the tractor or working.
I have a Browning Trombone that looks identical to a Winchester 61. Made by FN and from the little research I've done, was sold everywhere but the U.S. Picked it up in a pawn shop about 2 yrs ago for $300. Sweet shooting slender rifle.
Might give the Beretta Storm carbines a look. I have 1 in 9mm and another in .40 caliber. They do make a .45 version as well. Very compact and accurate. Under 800 real world cost. They are my night time zombie guns. With a weapon light on the side rail and a red dot on top, you can hit things at...
I just looked at my 360PD. There are no marks on the frame or cylinder like yours. I shoot full house 158 gr .357 magnums. There has to be excess movement or a bulged cylinder to allow that. Looking at mine from the side, there appears to be approx 1/16th clearance between the bottom of the...
I'm in Houston but am stating in touch with friends and family in the Hammond/ Ponchatoula area. No flooding yet in that area. Power is out and they are getting about 60 mph gusts. Looks like a major rain event for the next 2 days.
Ya'll stay dry!

I've had a few of their dive automatics. They keep decent time for an inexpensive auto. They can be regulated by most local watch repair places. Service intervals depend on how much you wear it. I have a few with japanese auto movements over 10 yrs old that have not been serviced, but do not...
