If you are trying to get 1" groups then a scope will be better at 100 yards. But the XVR will get 2" groups with a red dot sight at 100 yards/meters if you do your part.

The ring is from Aimpoint for this sight. It is wider than 2 rings and uses 6 screws to hold the sight. I tried using 2 warne rings, but they would not space properly with the sight and mount.
