would someone please tell this old man what the fine spring is for that is behind the hammer nose "firing pin" on this weapon. no one in my crowd seems to know.

uncle mike been carrying my 29-2 8 3/8 barrel in one off and on for the last 4 months. comfortable for me. wear a long tailed over shirt when i get out of vehicle. wouldnt want to try to draw in a hurry though. take all day to get that 8 in. barrel out.

guess i bought something slightly unusual then. got one by accident with 3 or 4 small spots of surface rust. couldnt have a box of ammo run through it. dang it is accurate at a 100 yrds. no i didnt hit the beer can with 2 shots but i bet i scared it good. 2 in. miss.

fleas a friend of mine bought an old house trailer that the people had several dogs. 2 months later one could walk in it and get covered with fleas. he sprinkled table salt on the floor of every room came back a week later no fleas. i personally saw this.

have to agree with Hawkeye10 but it really doesnt apply to me i quit hunting over 50 years ago. only punch paper or cans. mite take a shot at a coyote but if i was hunting i have a rather fair choice of rifles.

american eagle 240 gr. jacketed hollow- points. only box i found in 4 stops. gun is new to me someone has worked the trigger. i dont know what else. didnt do anything to it just decided to try a long range shot or 2.

barrel length 8 3/8. not bragging just surprised. have been that close with 45 acp but took a lot of shots. old man just aint that good.

well i have heard a lot of talk about 44 magnums for hunting. didnt think much of it. found out why today. i didnt hit my target but at a measured 100 yrds with a rest, iron sights 2 ins. over top of beer can. it would have been dead center if lower. wont go into details sec shot missed more...

harshness to newbies has always been a pet peeve of mine. it has happened on almost every web site i frequent. we were all newbies at EVERYTHING sometime or other. keep up the good work.

i prefer autos but i love wheel guns also. therefore i have an extra or 2 of both.

dang you guys make me nervous. p12-45 been carrying and target shooting for 3 years. had a couple of stove pipes with some western super match. only thing it has failed on. so far i am happy.

thank you very much. weapon is very tight not any sloppyness. that is what i was looking for. any object is only worth what someone will pay for it.

i would like for a knowledgeable person to make a guess at value of Combats pic. i understand that nothing is carved in stone when pricing a weapon. i just need a general idea.
