    Value of early Model 18's?

I believe they made a limited run of 4" HB no lug model 17's in the mid to late 1980's.

    Really, not a K-22?

Nice piece. Five screw pistols made in 1967 are really tough to come by, ha ha.

    Leslie Nielsen....RIP

"The Ringbanger." One of the funniest M.A.S.H. episodes I have seen.

    Pre-War N Frame Grip adapter, K-22 cylinder

    1. Pre-war factory N-Frame grip adapter. It is in good condition but the rubber piece has deteriorated a bit, which I assume is normal for a 75 year old piece of rubber. I have seen these from 700-1500 recently, so I'll ask $1100 or best offer. 2. K-22 cylinder assembly, with internal parts...

    Registered Magnum Help

It could be a KCPD gun--it looks like it is a 4" and I think REG 49xx would be on a low end of the first block that went to Kansas City. Most of them today have been refinished.

    Gunshow Report - Louisville KY

Good to see you and your family yesterday Dick. For those who didn't see him, he was in a bit of a cranky mood, which I took to mean that he is back to normal. The only thing I noticed out of the ordinary was that he didn't make fun of me any, but I attributed that to him being full of...

    Dick Burg the Flunkie

Steve, hate to hear that. Hope everything works out. Please tell your Dad I said hello and hope to see him at a show soon.

Gunshow Report - National Gun Day

It's funny--there were many times when I would glance over at David's table and Dick wouldn't be there. He was out scooting around like a squirrel gathering nuts for the winter. On the other hand, his very gracious wife was always manning her post.

    Gun Show Tips!

Thom, I too see a lot of similarities between the appearances of Dick and Red Green. (Man oh man, am I ever going to get grief in Dick's Louisville show report he will post after this weekend.)

    Gun Show Tips!

Dick, I just figure that if I lower the price on something to the point where you would buy it, I would be selling it way, way too cheap. :D

    Gun Show Tips!

Wear old worn out flannel shirts and blue jeans so people will think you are poor and cut you a better deal. This is called the Dick Burg rule.

    Model 18 no dash

I'm pretty sure that by this time a blue box would be correct. I have seen late pre-model # K frame .22s in blue boxes.

    OGCA this weekend

Dick, you gonna be wearing the standard old flannel shirt and perhaps a fatigue jacket, so that you can get deals from people who assume you don't have much money and feel sorry for you?

    Gunshow report, Louisville KY

Dick, have you taken the Jennings for a test drive yet? I was bragging on your high standards last night, but had forgotten about the Jennings.

    Gunshow report, Louisville KY

I don't know about Hank's deal, but am confident that Dick never misses a diamond in the rough, so it must be the former. It says something about his standards that he can easily shun off a gun that Hank Jr. would desire. Should Patton's Registered ever come up for sale, Dick would critique...

    Extra grips....collecting grips..Pic

Dick, you gonna whip out a photo of the woodpile? Might make these boys feel better about themselves.

I'll be there to make sure rburg doesn't get out of line.
