I put the orange Hack sight set on my 9FS and love them. I had an XS Big Dot on it but just couldn't adapt to the rear sight on it. If they had the cut out rear sight instead of just the line to align them, I think it would be the best combination out there.

I have an NTAC holster for a S&W SW9VE Sigma. Both IWB and OWB belt loops. S&W Sigma Kydex Holster $35 shipped.

I'm going to velcro my 4 Sigma base plates that I replaced with SD plates to a glove and make a custom S&W Ice Scraper! :)

Went to the range last night with some production rounds and some hotter reloads. Slide stop engaged like it's supposed to. The SD base plates work great and look/feel better.

I did some comparisons last night between the base plates. Both plates engage the slide stop. I'm pretty sure the problems that I'm having with the slide not stoppings are the soft reloads I've been using. I'm going to get a couple boxes of production ammo and see how it works. I've been...

I have had a the slide fail to stay open a couple of times after the last round was fired. I'm going to do some measuring today to try to find out what is different between the two. I haven't been finnishing the mags when shooting lately because most of my shooting has been at pin shoots.

I did trim one down myself. The stock butt plates have grooves on the bottom of them and they get pretty jagged when you trim the front of the plate to match the contour of the grip of the pistol. It's not that big of a deal but the SD plates look like the Sigma's should.

All I did was call S&W customer service and ordered by part number. The butt plates were 3.01 each. Give them this part number: 396590000. The ones that I received were SW9VE butt plates. I sent them back in with an explanation of what I was wanting and they shipped the right ones to me.

I'm going a different route. I found a great deal on a new Tasco Optima 2000. I should get the mount in the mail tomorrow. I am looking forward to getting it installed and hitting the range.

Single action trigger, fixed barrel, and an anchor for a slide. They don't shoot bad but mine hasn't seen the light of day but for a couple of times since I bought the Sigma.

My holster does have a sight channel. I just want to get away from the plastic sight. I saw the Meprolight sights on Ebay. I might have to give them a try also. That's the best price I've seen on aftermarket night sights for the Sigma.

Has anyone installed night sights on their Sigma? I've noticed that after drawing and holstering my Sigma, the plastic front sight is wearing down. I'd like to put some after market metal sights on mine so I don't have to worry about losing the front one.
