I have a PVS 14 genIII mounted behind an eotech that can be used with NV, about $4k. It is mounted on a fn PS90, for SHTF. I can take the NV off and hand hold it or head mount it. It is ITT not the Russian ATN junk. There is not such a thing as cheap NV that is any good. I use my head mounted NV...

They said it offered a cheap day at the range with a weapon as close to an AR-15 as you can get. I agree.

When I go to the range with my 15-22 I like to also shoot my Mark ll since it shoots the same ammo. Problem is the Mark ll out shoots the 15-22 at 25 yards.

Since getting mine back from S&W for oob discharge, I have only had it out once and shot the 1in red bull out of a target at 25yds with 100 rounds. I shoot off a bipod front grip. It is a very accurate 22 rifle. 100 yds is a little far for consistent accuracy for a 22 IMHO.

I got a Winchester hard side take down shotgun case that cost about $80. I have a scope. a handle with a pop out bipod and it fits nicely with the stock at short position.

FN PS90. It is light, very little recoil, can be held in one hand, with a laser just point and shoot(50 rounds} I have range tested it from a electric scooter and carry it in the basket on the front. Love it.

I had been aware of reported problems, so I did every thing right. I had 1 stove pipe on last shot of first mag, no big deal. I made sure bolt was closed on each shot 0f next 80 rds. Then I wanted to fire a little faster, about 1 sec between shots, to get back on target. Then an ear shattering...

That is bore sighting, works great.

These rifles weren't meant to be competition accurate. So why make such a fuss about a slight hard trigger pull? I like mine the way it is.
