    I am a K Frame for .357 fan and I like the J Frame .38, I have a very small collection, but I started w/ a .32, .38, & .357. A Model 29 44 Mag is next on my to acquire list. It is easy to get caught up in the S&W craze, but hey they are works of art and shoot pretty good too!!!!!:rolleyes:RH

    I'm back:D. Picked her up today from the Smith and I have a BIG GRIN after getting this gem back. He pretty much went thru the whole gun, re-worked a few areas, polished the works inside, bead blasted and Flat Blued. The ol gal looks great and I am as happy as a Hog in mudd:p. RH

    Arachnophobia!

    Thought I would add this, watched her all last summer, spun her web every evening. Went from a tiny little thing to the size of a 1/2 dollar including legs. Took photo @ nite to capture the detail of this creature of the nite!:DRH

    I will remove the rubber grips while cleaning to help reduce the risk of rust forming under them, this is the down side to rubber grips, they hold moisture. Wood, take off only as needed, but do remove if I am giving every area of the weapon attention while cleaning. If you are very careful...
