Ca. gun laws I agree with 27145, I live in No. Calif. I would never carry an unloaded gun. To me that is like saying " see my nice gun, show me your loaded gun and you can have my empty one" That said, I hate to more restrictive gun laws but I'm not going to lose sleep over this one.

Ca. gun laws As much as the city of San Francisco would like to change it, State laws apply. There are no gun laws specific to San Francisco.

Here in California (where a lot of things cost a lot more) the local gun shop charges $100.00 plus .$25.00 fpr DROS. I'm using a "Kichen Table" dealer that is charging $50.00 plus DROS.
