Sold this to a friend and he might have been bitten, lol. I let him handle a 3rd Model Triple lock and a couple post war M&P Square butt long action revolvers. I also let him handle a 1968 Colt LW Commander and he topped off his day buying a 1918 Colt 1911.
Most recently shot my new to me 625-5 in 45 Colt. My range bag is currently loaded for a Monday 1/2 price range visit. I'll be taking a M1917, a 2nd Model HE that was converted to 45 ACP with post WWI barrel and cylinder, and my 1955 Target that was converted to 45 Colt. I think I need to...
Added pictures and range report
I shot 3 cylinders all over and stuck a target on and shot the 4th cylinder at 15 yds. After cleaning it I put on the Altamonts. It's going to take another pot for the rest of the pictures.
I'll post pictures when I have it in my hands. What I can tell you is it's a 625 Classic 45 Colt, 5" non-pinned barrel, 3 screw, with the firing pin on the hammer and a full lug. No Lock!! WITH BOX SN TO GUN. SN SDS0213.
