    @snw19_357, great info! Thanks so much... Yes, previous stocks were as you told. (Can be seen on the pics.) I called S&W customer service. They told its a model 66, which is a consistent info. Also the production date was Nov-1990. They are unable to provide SKU# because of privacy reasons...
