I would be appreciate any observations from past and present owners of this model .
Are reliable ...worth the money... reasonably accurate ?

Just look at the other posts here. Many posts about the FPC. Yes it is worth it and yes I love my FPC. So does my wife. Easy to use, easy to shoot, easy to love. Only problem is just like Lays potato chips, you can't just shoot 1 bullet. You will go through a lot of ammo. The mags in the buttstock can be confusing but, you will get used to them. Very accurate for what it is.

The FPC is reliable so far with 400 rounds fired and accuracy is good for what it is at 50 yards using a dot optic . IT's not a 22lr rifle accurate or a ar15 for stopping power or accuracy so you will have to decide if you need it . If you carry a full size or compact m&p 2.0 then atleast you can use the same mags ! Its a fun gun for my wife not a future defensive firearm .

I disagree about the FPC not being a defensive firearm as has been noted here and on some of the other FPC posts. I think it is a good home carbine. With the right ammo, red dot, and a light, you would have very few issues at home. Might also be okay as a truck/car gun. Are tactical units going to be carrying them, no. Will it work for the average person, yes.

I've been very satisfied with my FPC so far, and I own quite a few other pistol caliber carbines in various calibers. Good accuracy, good ergonomics, no malfunctions or issues.
So far I've only shot various brands of 115 gr. fmj, so can't comment on other loads. Will try some 124 gr. NATO loads and 147 gr. truncated bullets on my next range trip.
I also own a Kel Tec SUB2k and the FPC has better ergonomics and trigger and is easier to mount an optic. The SUB is much smaller and conceals much easier but the FPC is much more fun to shoot.
I didn't specifically want another folding carbine and if the FPC wasn't a folder I'd still own one.
My biggest complaint would be the bolt catch release, just too small to be used by most human fingers. Not an issue with normal operation as the charge handle is easier to operate. But if you have a malfunction and want to lock the bolt back while the mag is still loaded it's a challenge.

Disagree away but atle3ast pay attention to what I said . I did not say the FPC was bad as a defensive firearm . Just that that we do not use the FPC as a defensive firearm as we have better carbines for that need .

Not to start a tit for tat but, the phrasing made it seem as if it was unsuitable. Also, I stated that others on other posts have said it.
Just sayin
