I'm torn between the MP15-22 or Sig 522 SWAT ?

I just can't figure out what is better I want to say I love the MP15 22 because of quad rails easier to add on accessories plus I like the look over all. But on the other hand I heard that the SIG has no problem with any .22 ammunition . Please help me with the decision ..... ?

I have the Sig522 SWAT.

It's strong points are reliability (with most all ammo types), accuracy and refinement. The weak points, IMO, are that it weighs a over a pound more than the 15-22 and that's without sights. And of course the Sig isn't an AR platform so there are very few accessories available other than rail attachments. The Sig SWAT does come with front and rear sling attachments and a QD mount which is real nice. And you can buy BD and CMMG mags instead of being stuck with S&W mags only.

Bottom line- If you want an AR platform, the 15-22 is the only choice and it's an good rifle. If an AR platform is not a priority, then there are other excellent rifles in the .22LR 'black rifle' market to chose from.

If I had to chose between the two.... Well... I bought both... :D

ps. If you chose the Sig do not get the one with the partial blacked out bolt. That is Gen1. Get the all silver bolt.

I too was torn so I bought both. The Sig is a lot heavier than the M&P and if I had to choose between the two I would pick the M&P15-22. I just like it better.
