Ordered some 30 rd 22 lr on 2/3/13 Processing..........
Ordered more 30 rd 22 lr on 2/22/13 Processing.........
Ordered some 30 rd AR 223/5.56 on 2/23/13 SHIPPED on 2/25/13
Go figure.

Tried to cancel my order 2/24/13 by editing CC# to 00000000000 and then they shipped my 223/5.56 mags.
Kinda don't want so many 22 lr mags if they ship. I got a couple SW factory mags today from LGS but Promag wont let me edit or cancel order after processing starts WTH!

I have to stop reading this thread, as I get more pissed by the day. Two orders from Jan just sitting there, one order from Feb of .223 shipped. The order for two placed Friday, nothing....and here others are getting them. No answers to calls or emails. So, I will sit here with my one pathetic mag and spare my sanity by not looking here any more.

Perhaps it's been brought up, but I'm curious if the guys that are getting their mags so quickly and before others, paid for the expedited shipping?

Per their website it doesn't matter if you pay for expedited shipping you will still be waiting the 4-6 weeks.

I think it's a great question to gather some empirical data on!!! I ordered 3 on 2/4, have sent follow up emails with no response, waited on hold and given up!

UPDATE: I finally got a return email. I copied the tech support in my last email and they were the ones that answered me back. Basically they said they didn't realize that newer orders were being shipped before older orders and that even though he was tech support he was personally printing my order and see what the deal was. Not much of an answer but at least an answer. Funny thing is I ordered some ten rounders from tactical vantage tonight and they already charged my card. I guess if promag decides to ship I'll have some extra mags.

I ordered 2 of the 32 rounders on Sunday the 17 of Feb and they shipped on the 19th. Recieved them on the 25th. I thought that was pretty dam fast. Don't understand why some folks are still waiting? Hope to try them out this weekend.

Placed my order 2/09 (2 32rnd)
Order shipped 2/18.
Recieved order 2/26
Not too bad, I've had stuff take longer. It does sound like they are not keeping good contact with customers and a little spotty on the updates. Hopefully they can get a little more organized. In the meantime I plan on ordering a few more.

I too was being left out by ProMag.
My buddies were receiving their mags in less than a week after ordering. I called today, but had to ask for Tech Support to reach a live person. The guy asked what I had ordered which I replied SW MP 15-22 mags. He acknowledged they were having issues getting the orders filled in a chronological order, apologized and said that it didn't matter at this point as all orders are scheduled to go out in a day or two. He said that if I don't receive my orders by end of next week (they are in CA, I am in PA), I should call them. We'll see. I thought you might like to hear this.

Earlier in this thread there was mention that Promag may be mis-interpreting some Ohio Revised Code about high capacity magazines?!? This was news to me. I live in OH too and ordered two 32 rounders in January and they are still showing 'Processing'. I am thinking about changing the delivery address to my brother's house in AL and see if they get shipped!

I tried to cancel one of my orders earlier and according to the website once it says processing you can't edit the order.

Interesting, mine did not come in the retail packaging. Just a clear plastic bag with a small stick-on label. Maybe they're trying to save time by skipping the packaging step?

The order I placed on 2/25 for 2 10 rounders was delivered today. The order I placed on 2/9 for 2 32 rounders still says processing. I'm guessing that's because they don't ship the 32 rounders to Ohio. I didn't find that out until after I ordered them. But I do have 2 10 rounders to take apart and modify now

My 2/7 order is still sitting in processing also. And no reply from them on the email I sent last week.

Got a BUNCH of 10rd mags from Vantage Tactical though.....it was just about 10 calendar days from submission of order to having them on my doorstep.

It would seem as though the January and early February orders have gotten lost in all their confusion. It does look like they've gotten their **** together as of late. Most posters that ordered in late February seem to be getting their mags already. Also, they may be able to keep up on the 10 rd. orders a little better than the 32 rd. orders for whatever reason. The 10's seem to be shipping much more quickly.

What I was told:

Just got off the phone with Elliot/ext 118. Apparently he has been assigned to handle the "Mag Fiasco" as he called it. Several contributing factors to the delay, but basically they are currently OOS! They had a small shipment of apprx. 500 Mags, and they mistakenly fulfilled the "NEW" orders instead of the backorders. He's not sure when the next shipment will be in (hopefully a couple weeks)...I cancelled my order.

Very pleasant to deal with; I have no issues as "Stuff Happens".

I'm glad I ordered a bunch of the 10rd mags through the Vantage Tactical site so I'm not sitting around waiting on the ProMag order.
Stuff happens and times are crazy right now, but that is subpar customer service.

Wow! I just got a shipping noticed for my order from 01-18 order number 27XXX. I had received my order from 02-21 order number 42XXX, already and had figured the early one was lost. That and the 10 rounds I ordered got from Tactical Vantage puts me at more Promags than I need. lol

It appeas that Promag may be getting things ironed out. I placed my order 1/19/2013 (Order 28XXX) and I received shipping confirmation today 03/05/2013. This order was for 2 mags. My second order for 3 mags placed 03/01 (44XXX) hasn't shipped yet.

I'm sorry but I have to disagree, I don't think Promag have a clue what they're doing! My order placed on Jan 8th, #20277, still hasn't shipped. I have to be honest, it pisses me off more and more every time I read about people that are receiving their orders that were placed after mine. I've tried calling and emailing them multiple times but have yet to hear back from them. I will definitely remember the horrible service that I received from Promag when all of this shakes out.

Ditto, 88Mike.
People getting two orders, placed weeks apart, albeit weeks after my two orders, yet unfulfilled.

Not much to do about it, I guess. But I am really annoyed.

Finally. After six and a half weeks, I just got the email confirming that my mags are shipping. I ordered 4 mags on 1/18. Can't say I am impressed with the way Promag has handled all of this. The backlog, I understand. But the total lack of communication with customers is pitiful. I mean really, how difficult is it to send automated emails out every so often acknowledging the backlog and letting the customer know they haven't been forgotten? This is standard business practice for most online companies these days. And then, to ship out of order, so that people are getting their mags in a couple of weeks, while not shipping others that have been waiting months? Ridiculous. Will not do business with them again.

I will never buy a promag item. I called them on monday and luckily talked to a lady on the phone. I asked for a update on my order that i made on the 1st of feb.

They told me that they was on back order. I told the lady that my cousin ordered from them two weeks ago and he got his and how that was possible when i ordered before him.

The lady hung up on me and later on in the evening my order was gone and not there anymore.

Terrible customer service and just laziness from this company!

Got a shipping notice last night from ProMag that my Jan 21 order for 4 mags just shipped.
I sure hope ProMag reads these forums, several people have mentioned the "lady" on the phone hanging up on them after denying they had an order/shipping problem with older orders being delayed while new ones shipped.
The tech support department confirmed to at least 2 of us there WAS an issue.
Sounds like their phone "lady" needs to be encouraged to work in a different field than customer service. A few weeks/months in the unemployment line works wonders for attitude adjustment.

Well, Promag in one day sent me notification that my order was shipped but without a tracking number that was on Feb. 27, still no mags and still no tracking number. The tactical Vantage mags I ordered on the same day have shipped and will be here on Mon according to UPS. So who can figure.

1/14 - order of three. zippy
1/24 - order of three more.. zilch
2/22 - order of two (because people were reporting new orders shipping). nada

I am over these people. Even after identifying/admitting the problem, they are STILL shipping out of order. #$%&#*
