I guess I got moved to the back of the line. Just looked at my account and they cancelled all my orders but the latest, 2/21, which I have yet to receive. Why would you cancel the older orders? My order from 1/4 canceled and 2/4 canceled.

You may want to reset the timeframe of the orders they are showing. The default is 30 days, so the older orders won't show.

I need to get a few of these to complete my perfect 22lr AR training platform, this way I can fill them with 30rd to match my real AR, got my handguard conversion done so it matches everything my big brother has. This is going to be the most complete AR trainer once I get some of these.

I cancelled my 2/7 order with ProMag. I got my bunch of mags from Tactical Vantage in 10 calendar days at my door, so no longer needed the 3 direct from ProMag.
I'm sure they are flooded and busy, but the lady on the phone quickly cancelled it out for me. Obviously demand is high because her demeanor was lacking.

Just got off the phone with ProMag. The CSR informed me that someone that worked there mistakenly had newer orders shipped before the rest of us who had been waiting. There is no ETA on when the mags will be back in stock, but she assured me that the back ordered mags will be shipped before any of the newer orders. She also said that other person was fired for her royal screw up. Couldn't believe it when she admitted they sent out newer orders before older ones! Faith is somewhat restored in them.......

I can understand where you're coming from. I was just shocked that the rep admitted the company had made some shipping errors, even if she blamed someone else! Sadly, she couldn't give me an ETA on when they would be back in stock, but at least my order wasn't cancelled. Should just put that money towards another blackdog drum, but I can wait....

I believe the cheapest option is around $12 for shipping. I just paid $69.43 total for two 32 round mags. I'll take it.

WOOHOO! I ordered 3 of them. Thanks mate. I saw this site a couple weeks again when they had the 10 rounders in stock and heard they were good peoples but I didn't really want the 10 round mags.

Huh... I put in an order for 2 but for whatever reason, the first order didn't go through so I had to do it again.
Just checked the invoice and you're correct. I have 3 on the way. Either way I'll take it.

Thanks for the heads up! Just ordered 4. Now i have the pleasure of calling and trying to get a hold of promag to cancel one if not both of my orders. Ill be sure to never order directly from promag ever again. No excuse for poor customer service!

thanks for the link.
I've been watching this site on and off over the last few weeks. Thanks to your link, i ordered 2 mags for my new unfired 15-22, and a 15 round extended mag for my .380 bodyguard. I am also waiting for a few backordered mags from promag. I'll take what i get so I can start using up some of my stash. (Pic included)

I got mine from them and I must say that the fit and finish of the Promags are pretty damn good. I picked up a Plinker mag and when comparing the two I will say that the Promag just feels like it is made better.
Now if only the ammo shortage would ease up.

I placed two orders as well. If our new laws go into effect we won't be able to buy 10 round mags after April 15th. I almost have a lifetime supply now, but will order more if they get more in stock. Mine work great.

It's good to know though that more were available. I just ordered my hard case and the next purchase will be a red dot sight. I got 2 OEM 25rd mags to add to my 10rd to 25rd converted one. So I think 3 for now is good. I want to get at least 3 32rd ones and I think i'll be happy with 6. But right now I want to get some other goodies and take my time with it so the wifey doesn't kill me. I told her she needs to buy me something for it for fathers day, my birthday, and Christmas. =)

I understand... I just received a $35 gift card in the mail from Academy Sports (I assume because I have purchased both my SD9 VE & my 15-22 from them) so I went over there and picked the BSA red dot site for like $8 out of pocket.
I believe I'm done adding to my rifle for now... I have 3 Promags on the way, a nice front end sling adapter with a Condor adjustable sling. I'm trying to keep it somewhat simple but every time I go my LGS I see something else I could try. It's an addiction.

They made the same assurance last week, and continued to ship out orders that were more recent....up until two days ago, at least.

Probably not. The floor plates of the ProMags are different than the S&W. The MagTabs are a match for the S&W floor plates.

Wow, I feel stupid. I guess I could have just pulled out one of both of my magazines and looked huh? lol
I wonder if they would make them for it if we sent them one?

MP 15-22 Mags
Just wanted to say thanks for the info on getting additional mags for my MP 15-22. I could not find any S&W 25 round mags so settled for 2 35 round Plinker tacks and have had no issue with them so far, but loading them is a real SLOW and hard on fingers process. Hoping that the tactical Advantage mags (32 rounders) are a bit easier. They were available today as listed on the forum. Thanks again!!

Was relieved to get the email this morning that my ProMag order placed on 1/22 shipped......after I bought some Plinker Tactical mags at a shop out of town while visiting family!!!! What are the odds of that? Still haven't decided if I'll put the Plinkers on gunbroker or keep them. Guess I could just order the load assist tool, but with 6 S&W 25-rounders, 4 ProMag 32-rounders, and 2 blackdogmachine 50-round drums, I think I'll get the speed-loader offered in the classifieds and help the cause of a fellow forum member. Magazine hunt is officially over!

Boo
They also told me of their mistake early last week and that ALL orders would be filled in 2 days, that I was to expect my orders by end of this week. Guess what, they are not here. I ordered 10 from Tactical Vantage. Will cancel the direct order when these arrive. Bunch of losers.

My 32 round Pro-mags are shipping today!
I realize there is an extensive thread talkin about Pro-mags and the backlog of orders directly from the company but I have to tip my hat to Tactical Vantage.
I just received my shipping confirmation after making the order for 3 mags on Thursday. Great service and turnaround time... now, if S&W would only ship my two 25 round mags I would be good to go for a while.

They need to just stop taking orders until they fill all the ones that are out. They are clearly not good at doing backorders. I have ordered from them twice only to never hear anything for a month. Then I get what I need from somewhere else and cancel my order with them.
