New to the forum, just bought my 15-22 a couple of weeks ago and have finally received and installed my accessories. This is my first AR platform rifle but won't be my last.

I posted this in another thread but I'll do it here as well - if a new trigger is on your to-do list for your 15-22 then the Rise Armament RA-140F with the flat trigger face is on sale right now for $89.

Rise Armament AR15/AR10 3.5lb Flat Trigger w/ Anti Walk Pins

The 15-22 accepts drop-in cassette triggers for AR-pattern rifles. I use one on my 15-22 and another on my AR-15 (with the curved face) and love them. This is also cheaper than I paid when I purchased mine on sale last year, so this is a pretty good deal. Yes, I know there is a lot of personal preference (and personal opinion!) with AR triggers but these units from Rise are a nice improvement over stock without breaking the bank.

This trigger comes with anti-walk pins, but just be aware that the 15-22 uses pins ever so slightly longer than mil-spec because of the thicker sidewall since the lower is made from composite instead of metal.

I have a very early one (bought in 2009) that was unthreaded. They released the threaded barrel about 6 months into production, IIRC.
