I got my shield a few weeks ago now. I decided on a holster after searching the net and asking questions here. I already have a comp tac mtac for my XDm and absolutely love it. After looking at several holsters I decided to stick with a maker I'm familiar with. Why was I looking elsewhere?
I called comp tac to ask if the one clip design was enough to hold the gun up because that's what made me nervous. I spoke to a very nice girl there and she assured me they have sent out many to their distributors and have received lots of positive feedback on this. There is also an "extension" that can be connected to the tension screws and make it a true 2 clip holster.
Now, you want to talk about service? I ordered the holster Wednesday morning and it arrived today, Monday! I don't live anywhere near Texas either, that's where it's made.
Now I haven't worn it yet because I just got it plus I haven't shot any carry ammo yet.
Here are some pics from different angles. I'm not a hand model but I put it in the pics just as a size comparison. I will post back on this thread after I have worn it some.
