What is the difference (other than flat nose) between the Winchester 40 cal target ammo, part numbers
  1. USA40SWVP (flat nose)
  2. USA40W
My use is target practice.
Why would I choose one over the other?
What is the significance of the flat nose?

I find the USA40W to be significantly cheaper. Any reason not to use it?

Only difference I've noticed is that the flat nosed projectile punches a cleaner hole in the paper. Otherwise my 40c seems to shoot everything well but possibly likes 180 grain slightly better.

One thing is probably certain, someone will be by soon to tell you both choices are extremely inaccurate since the ammo in question is not 9mm.

Question:
What is the difference between your 40 cal target ammo, part numbers USA40W and USA40SWVP?

Answer:
The USA40W is in a 200 round range pack. The USA40SWVP is a 100 round pack. They are the same rounds.

That's just it , there all simple lower cost practice ammo just some that maybe better buys . You can't buy a low cost production ammo and expect it to be something better than many others .

Want a good production line practice ammo buy speer lawman but its all trial and error assuming your capable of shooting to the handguns potential so try some different brands .
