.380 ACP: Flat-Point FMJ vs JHP

Does user Abnormal own the patent for the cartridge drop fixture which produces uniform flats of one half bullet diameter by the thousands? If jackets are THAT soft I would like to buy some expanding FMJ ammo in .380. Link please!

I have a case and a half of the .380 Winchester FMJFP and sitting out on the screened-in front porch that has remarkably consistent bullet profiles and diameters on every cartridge I have looked at so far while loading and shooting them.
I would like to see photos of the aforementioned drop fixture so I could make one myself, unless that would be a patent infringement.
