I am currently looking at the M&P9 Performance Center SKU #10098 and I wanted to see if anyone here has looked to set this firearm up with an additional threaded barrel. I primarily want the treaded barrel for instances where I might be shooting in low light and/or future placement of a suppressor. I am aware that there is a Performance Center 4.25 inch model with a threaded barrel, but wanted to consider this other option first as I prefer the longer barrel.
At the moment I am aware of Stormlake Barrels, but their website lists M&P Pro as a model and doesn't specify recommended model #'s and etc. I know there is a great deal of similarities in the M&P Pro and PC #10098, but I am not exactly ready to drop $200+ on a barrel that might not work property. The barrel part numbers Stormlake lead me to was 5.71" barrels #34147 & #34148. I contacted their customer service to get confirmation on compatibility, but got a poor response when someone simply gave me a link to their website rather than attempting to answer my question.
So has anyone used this combination before? Recommends another alternative? Or has any advice for this set up when attaching lights and suppressors?
Any help would be appreciated!
