9mm Magazine compatibility?

I've tried search and thus far no joy...

I'm looking for a magazine compatibility chart for M&P 9mm

Specifically I'm looking for what magazine will fit what, I'm considering the purchase of an M&P 2.0 Compact 4". I already have an M&P PRO CORE 5".

Will the 2.0 compact magazines fit the Pro CORE 5"?
If not what is the difference in length between the 2.0 compact magazines and the CORE 5" magazines?

This has been discussed before. But to answer your question, No the 2.0 compact mag will not fit the full size frame. It's too short.

The compact mag is 15 rounds, the full size is 17. Too short. However, a 17 round mag will fit the compact. The 2.0 comes with spacers to fill the gap. So that's the diff in length.

Nope. The CORE mags will fit the compact 2.0, but not the other way around. The CORE uses standard 17 rounders. The 15 rounders used by the 2.0 compact are shorter. I have not measured them, but the difference is not negligible.

As noted above, the difference is the included spacer with the compact.
