I've used Mark Housel at L&M Precision for 2 Glock 9mm's and 2 M&P .45 4". The 1st.45 was and RMR, the second an ACRO.

Work on all four was excellent and good turn around times. Mine was the first ACRO he had done and is top notch. There are many good smiths out there doing this, but I've never seen the need to use anyone but Mark.

I can highly recommend this little Texas company. Absolutely first rate work, good turn around, reasonable price. They are doing a lot of law enforcement guns these days. Red dot for duty gun use is exploding right now. They did one for me and if I were to need another, would go right back there.

How did these shops deal with the long Loaded Chamber Indicator on the 2.0 slide?

I used Primary Machine and I was super happy with mine (sold it because my department changed it's mind about allowing milling), but my 2.0 didn't have the spring-loaded LCI like some of the 2.0s do. I don't know how/if they would deal with it.
