Convert 380 EZ to 9mm

With the 9mm EZ out now can I buy the 9mm slide assembly and magazine and put it on my 380 frame if I wanted to? Is that a stupid question?

Like Murphydog said, I don’t think it will work. Besides the gubmint is sending out $1200 in stimulus money. Don’t waste it buying food or toilet paper or paying bills. Buy a gun!
 
Does your LGS sell both? If so, perhaps they would let you see for yourself if the slide swap would work. (mine would)

Next... Is anyone even selling **just** the Shield9 EZ upper??? I don't think anyone is.

And if you have a gun ...buy reloading equiptment , ammo is getting in short supply just like toilet paper !
 
Definitely not something I was going to run right out and o..more of a "can you" thing. My buddy has a 9mm EX..might see if it even slides on the next time I see him.
 
It would make sense if the .380 and 9 mm grip frame/lower was the same size and the magazines and well sizes are the same. Someone who has one of each may be along shortly.
 
I only have an EZ9 and not a 380 version but i see on the SW site that the 9 is 5 ounces heavier. I can only assume that’s due to more/larger mass making the 9 a bit bigger overall. Just a guess.
