Read several threads, and saw videos where the mag springs, and sometimes also an Apex extractor took care of the FTF problem's which I don't have so far(fingers crossed) .
It's just burns my toast that some have had to put their own $ into this gun that should have gone through a bit more R&D.
If the G20 didn't feel like a brick in my hand and naturally point up to the sky like all Glocks do for me, I wouldn't have got rid of that one. Never had any issues at all.

Went to the range yesterday with the new extra power mag springs and 100 rds of 200gr Hornady XTP's and 100 rds of 180 gr everglades JHP's, and she ran a bit better with no rds poping up in the mag anymore, but still had a fail to go into battery a bunch of times and had to tap the back of the slide to get it in.
20# recoil spring on the way now.
I also carefully watched and felt the extractor while cycling some homemade dummy rounds and it felt pretty rough.
The claw on my extractor seemed to be way too sharp and rough where the claw rides up into the case rim and was literally digging in to the case rim grove which I think was binding up and slowing down the chambering process. I noticed that some cases would catch on a burr or rough spot on the extractor claw and stick up ever so slightly enough to catch the case mouth on the upper barrel hood. Hence having to tap the back of the slide to get it all the way in to battery.
Did some very fine tuning and polishing on the extractor today and smoothed the roughness out. Was going to buy the apex extractor but wanted to try this first to see what happens.
Notice the comparison between the apex extractor (right) and the factory M&P extractor (left). Lots of M&P 10mm owners have solved this issue with just replacing the factory extractor with the apex.

I think in my case the combination of the rough extractor and two weak of a recoil spring is causing these issues, and I'm betting that this is going to work out the problem. Once the 20 pound recoil spring comes in this week i'll be going right back out to the range to test this theory.
In case anyone else ever wants to do this you Polish the extractor with Emery paper but first recontour it with small files just like you would a 1911 extractor to smooth the sharp edges, except obviously you're not going to be bending it for tension being that this is an external extractor with a spring.
