After much thought, I've decided my next gun will be the 5.6 " performance center in 10mm. What's stopping me is I can't find a OWB Kydex holster specific to the model. Any help is appreciated.

look for brand names OWB for Glock instead of S&W
I don't know exactly why, but a few years back (2020 or so) I found not many OEM of Kydex were listing anything for certain S&W, so I gave up on my search.
Then one day I decided that I wanted to start EDC with my S&W M&P 2.0 Compact with 4"bbl in 9mm and dang...and...lo and behold, my SafariLand GLS (Grip Lock System) # 578-83-411 holster that had been bought many years earlier for my Glock 21, Generation 4, .45ACP with 4.61" bbl fits BOTH guns equally well with decent enough retention, mild printing, just right for me.
If you put Glock 41 in 45ACP in your search for holsters you may come up with a heck of a lot more that will fit your S&W. The Glock 41 has a bbl length of 5.31"
2 that might interest you are We the People #OWB 105 1000R, or SafariLand 578 GLS system, both are in the $60 range.

I have:
M&P 2.0 9mm in 4.25"
M&P 2.0 9mm in 5.0"
M&P 2.0 45 acp in 4.5"
M&P 2.0 10mm in 4.6"
I just got up and stuck each of them in 3 different Kydex holsters that I have. Each firearm fit each holster perfectly. Just make sure it's open ended.
M&P 2.0 9mm in 4.25"

Not sure why you are dead set on Kydex?
15 years ago when I got my first CC permit I always used custom fitted leather IWB holsters....When Kydex was introduced I tried a couple of different ones and found the same problem with all of them and that being they were very uncomfortable and degrade the finish on your weapon so much more and faster than leather so gave Kydex up forever.
A custom fit leather holster has no retention problems so just suggesting you broaden your research and look again at leather.
