Well, I'll be amazed if they don't make them in colors, especially after the the initial rush.

Yes, basically, a distributor (ex, Lipsey's) or group of distributors (TALO) says to S&W, 'This BG 2.0 is selling very well. We would like them in these colors and will order at least 1,000 of each.'
S&W says, 'We will accept your money to make said product variation.'

There is an OD Green / FDE slide, SKU 14439. The exclusive distributor is Sports, Inc.
OD Green / Black slide, S&W SKU 14432, Iron Valley Supply Co. exclusive:
The Orchid (Purple) is S&W SKU 14437, a Lipsey’s exclusive.
There is also a Robbin’s Egg Blue / Black slide version, S&W SKU 14431. The distributor is Rural King, but strangely, RK Guns does not show it on their web site.
Two newer ones:
Rose Gold, S&W SKU 14452, Orion Wholesale exclusive.
Black with Silver slide, S&W SKU 14430, Davidson's exclusive.
I was looking for the ODG / FDE version, but it isn't in stores, yet. After thinking about it some more, I decided I liked the ODG / Black version better, so that's what I bought.
Here's another. (It's availale from a few online retailers, but for some reason has not been advertised by Smith & Wesson, and it's not on the S&W web site.)
