In the past few weeks I've ordered and received three types of holsters for the BG 2.0 Two of them are pocket holsters and the third type is an OWB Crossdraw. All are well made and represent a good investment.
1. BSholsters offers a pocket holster made from Water Buffalo leather. It is tiny but completely covers the trigger guard. The fit to the BG 2.0 is perfect. The holster has a curved tip which catches on your pocket as you pull up and back on the pistol grip. This reliably draws the pistol just as you would want. Construction is solid and I expect this holster to last a very long time. The BG 2.0 version is not on their website as of this writing but should appear there shortly. I got mine from Ebay for $27 which is less than similar leather holsters on the website. Shipping was in 2 days. BSholsters - Pocket Holster, Wallet Holster, Holsters
2. Alabama Holsters makes a kydex pocket holster for the BG 2.0 It is larger than the BSholster version but still fits comfortably in my pocket. It is flatter across the front and so probably prints less than the BSholster. The AH version also has the curved tip for auto-draw as you pull back and up on the pistol grip. But in addition the AH has a thumb "release" on the back top wall of the holster. Before you draw the pistol out, you can push down on this release with your thumb and this will partially draw the pistol while it's still in your pocket. I greatly prefer this to the "up and back" style because you have more feedback from your hand on the readiness of the pistol. Options for my Front Pocket Carry version were for a mag release cover, retention adjustment screw, laser, and a RedDot variant. Even though I ordered the standard holster, production took 3 weeks. Shipping was by USPS for $8. The holster itself costs $45 which is a good deal for this quality of manufacture. There are also ambi, deep cover, and cargo pocket versions. 3. Craft Holsters (aka Falco) is a maker of leather holsters, kydex, and nylon/leather holsters. I got the nylon cross draw holster which comes with a leather retention strap. Code: It. C826 These holsters are made in Slovakia and production took 3 weeks. These guys are truly custom manufacturers even at such a low price. The standard cross draw for the BG 2.0 leaves maybe a third of the trigger guard uncovered. This was not acceptable to me. I emailed their front office staff who then negotiated with the holster makers. After about one day, I was told that they would modify the holster (at no charge) to completely cover the trigger guard. They did exactly that with no hindrance to a smooth draw. The holster is well made with fine attention to detail. It is really a tight fit (that is intentional) so you have to place your pistol in a plastic bag and push it into the holster and snap the retention strap. Let it sit overnight to form-fit the holster to the pistol. If you go for the more expensive leather version, there is a bit more complicated process for relaxing the leather and form fitting it. My Craft Holsters cross draw cost only $44 dollars (there seems to always be a 20% sale going on) but I paid an additional $21 for UPS shipping. (So I got 2 holsters and still only paid $21 for shipping) I received the holsters within 2 days of UPS picking them up from the shop in Slovakia. Cross Draw Gun Holster | Craft Holsters(R)
