I have a M&P9c which i love to death! It is pretty accurate the way it is for a compact, but if I were to want to make it a little more accurate what would you guys suggest? I also still want it to be a good carry/ home defense weapon.

Thank,
Neal

Learn to shoot it better.
Find its favorite ammo.
Practice some more.
Seriously.

Shoot it a lot! Seriously, the more you shoot it the better it gets and so will you. The action and trigger get better, your eye hand coordination improves and you had a blast (LOL!) literally and figuratively doing it.
There are very few shooters that have more skill than their gun has accuracy. Just my thoughts as a long time competitor and instructor.

Ok thanks! What do you guys recommend for good self defense rounds for it? I have some gold dots but my friend gave them to me and i only have a couple.

I use the 124gr Gold Dots.
Friend likes Golden Sabre.
Never really found any bad loads in the major premium defense loads.

I would highly recommend more practice, work on grip and stance. I have one and have improved a great deal by adjusting to the weapon, took me a while but it worked. I have also used bought ammo only,I like Fiocchi 115 gr. somewhat cheap and HOT,others worked as well. Good luck. Woody

Other have already said it, but about the only way to get better accuracy out of it is to practice.. Practice dry firing the gun to get used to the trigger, and try multiple types of ammo until you find the one it shoots best.. Of all the different gun "reviews" ya read, there's always a certain ammo that shoots tighter groups than the rest.. Find whats best for your gun, and shoot it alot, and you'll become more accurate together!!
