I really doubt it. Europeans like machine pistols but American police departments are shifting from submachine guns like the MP-5 and Colt M-16 in 9mm to shortened .223's like the Colt M-4 for their short, selective fire SWAT weapons. Not much potential market for a buzz pistol otherwise.

I am sure S&W would make it if someone were ordering enough so the factory could make money. Short of that, I doubt it except as a prototype. I have seen their suppressor fitted M&Ps, but I don't see much happening with those as yet.

They're interesting in a movie like The Dark Knight, but they're not very useful.
The G18 is fairly difficult to control, so as a LEO weapon it has a very limited role.
The public really has a problem with missed shots hitting their loved ones, houses, etc and there is an outcry every time someone has a bunch of bullet holes in them too.
As a result I don't think there is a market for such a gun.
