S&W 40VE Lvl 2 and 3 Duty Holsters

Hello all,

This is my first posting on this forum and I'm also sort of new to the world of pistols. I received a S&W 40VE for my birthday and I love it also got a blackhawk lvl 2 concealment holster for it as well and works great. Now I'm on the look out for a duty holster but I'm having so many problems finding any kind of lvl 2 or 3 duty holsters for my gun. I have already made the mistake of purchasing a Blackhawk S&W MP 9/40 mm Level 3 holster that is not compatible with a S&W 40 VE. Anyway help would be extremely appreciated at this point in time. I also am looking into Sarfariland as well but what kind of Level 2 or 3 holsters Sarfariland makes that are compatible.
 
I can't help you out much, but I can tell you that my SD's fit snugly into my Safariland ALS holsters made for M&P's.
 
I have a Safariland 070 for my SW40F. They take some serious practice to get good with, but it is a secure and fast system once you get use to it.
 
I know there are a bunch for the early Sigmas as they were duty issue for some depts. The SW40VE should fit in a SW40F as long as it isnt a plastic molded holster as the difference is just that odd ball rail they put on the VE

So it should fit a SW40VE? I mean I've been looking at the SAFARILAND 6280-40-131, I was wondering if that holster even though it fits a 40F can also fit a 40VE.
