Kydex/Plastic holster for S&W 659

Hi guys,
I've been lurking around here for a while, but this is my first post (yay!). I'm looking for a kydex or plastic holster that will fit a 659. My fiancee really likes the blade-tech I got with my M&P, and would like something similar for her gun. If at all possible, it'd be nice if it were an IDPA legal holster, as well. I know there are options in leather out there, but she'd rather have the kydex.

Fist Holsters

Fist makes one. I have three of them and I like the design except that they can crack and the loop attachment for the IWB holsters can cause some scratching to the gun and I have to put tape over them. Fist has an option for a heavier kydex that you might want to try if it is not for concealed carry. Their kydex IWB holsters will conceal a gun far better than any leather holster.

Awesome, thanks! I'll check that out. We don't need it for CC, so the heavier stuff might be the way to go.

Maybe make one yourself? Kydex is cheap and easy to mold. I made a press out some plywood scrapes and strap hinges, ordered the mold foam and kydex from KnifeKits and made one for my S&W 4566. It's a lot easier than you think to make a fitted holster. I made one for my son's Sig 229. He really liked it.

I've got a Blackhawk Serpa Sportster that fits my model 59 and my 6906. I just use it for when I'm at the range but it works perfectly.

Also take a look at the Bladetech line of kydex holsters.

I didn't see anything in the bladetech line that fit the gun, maybe I didn't look hard enough. I'll check out Blackhawk, there's a concern about sticking guns in backwards (for classes/one handed reloads/etc) and not being able to get the gun out, though.

FOBUS SG-21 paddle holster works fine.

The slide release will chew on the holster over time.

Otherwise, it fits like it was made for the gun.

Is that the one that's designed for the Sig P226?
