I'm looking for information on a Twin 10/22 Gatling. I've got one as part of an estate and I'm not sure what to do with it. Does anyone here have one or used one. I can see it would be fun as all get out I just have no use for it.

What dollar value are they going for....I can't find one on any auction sites.

Any knowledge tossed my way would be greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure that came as a kit. I don't recall ever seeing one sold as a built unit. You had to provide the (2) 10-22's to build it. Cabela's sold the kit at one time, and I think a company named Pike Arms made them, and/or Tactical Innovations (they may be the same company). The kit sold for around $800 depending on the finish, I think. Other than the cost of the kit and the price of 2 basic 10-22's is what they're worth. I really don't think there's much collector value to them.

I had always wanted to buy one of those kits but just never got around to it

Those kits were not $800 back in the day. That kit is still offered for sale today (though out of stock at the moment). It is $850

If you take the price of two new 10-22s and ad in $850 for the kit you would be over the $1000 mark. Toss in some cost for the labor to assemble it

But this one is used, so I doubt that it would bring $1500 on the auction sites unless you got lucky and found a buyer that would rather pay more and get it today than wait for the supply chain to catch up and then buy one from the manufacturer.

I recall those being big in the late 80's and early 90's. They were meant to feed off Mitchell 50-round mags.

My LGS has one, and I'm pretty sure he's got a price on it. Unfortunately, it's been around a year or better. I'll post a pic and a price later today . . .

Edit: Here is a picture. The price tag reads $1,599, but as I mentioned, it's been here at least a year, maybe two. This is not a solicitation to sell outside the Classifieds, as it's not mine and I am not identifying the LGS nor am I going to provide contact information. . .

Looks like the basic design should be adaptable to 3, 4, or however many unneeded 10/22's you have.

Found a picture.
It looks more like the Ruskie GHS-23 Twin Barrel Cannon than it does a Gatling Gun.

Had one for a while years ago. Used 25 round mags and you could dump 50 rounds in a hurry. Fun till you get tired loading mags. I think for awhile they also offered versions for Mini 14's and M1 carbines!

I had one in the 90s that came into my shop. Took it home and had some fun. GREAT way to have fun burning a lot of ammo quickly! :D ;);) Other than that, utterly useless.
I would just run it on GB at 1 cent, No Reserve. List it as:
Ruger 10/22 Machine Gun Gatling Gun

Lotso fun when they work, not so much when they don't. Good way to waste a lot of .22 ammo though. Also, when posting for sale, I'd leave out "machine gun" and just post it as a 10/22 Gatling Gun, with pictures. It'll sell.......;)

OP, If I were in your shoes, I would disassemble it, sell the parts as a kit separately, buy a couple of 10-22 stocks and build 2 rifles.
