27-8 5” 8-Shot RM Values

Does anyone know what these have been going for lately? I found one that is supposedly unfired but they want just north of 2k for it which seems a little high but I see people trying to get 5k plus for them in some of the auction sites. Any input would be appreciated.

I also have seen asking prices of $6K on GB for Performance Center 27-8’s.

Listed as: Lew Horton Exclusive “Registered Magnum” only 350 made in 2006-2007, 3.5 inch barrel, bright blue finish, unfired since leaving the factory.

Asking price looks ridiculous to me, but I don’t collect guns of this vintage. In my mind they’re not much different from a commemorative.

The grips that came with them didn’t do them any favors either.

GunarSailors I saw photos of yours when I was looking for more info on these and your grips are spectacular and make the gun look right! I’ll be in the area of the shop I spotted the one I saw at and if it’s there I might have to see if I can strike a bargain!

Thanks, its a really nice revolver. Probably one of my all time favorites (not kidding). Very well balanced.
