AA#7 and a 180gr bullet is still a great combo in the 10mm. Most good bullet manuals list one. I also like Blue Dot for heavy 10mm loads and obtain my best accuracy with it and comparable velocities to AA#7, but some folks are reluctant to use it.

Look into Accurate #9, which is excellent for heavier bullets in 10mm.

Like you, I load 180-gr 10mm, but for a GLOCK29 not for a revolver, which leaves me hesitant to mention specifics about a particular load. Your revolver is stronger and offers 100% chamber support.

Personally I use Accurate #7, since I load a lot of heavy bullets in 9mm with AA#7 as well. It's a great powder for both.

I also have a 610 with the 3 7/8" barrel and unfluted cylinder...fun gun.

I normally only shoot factory 10mm out of it as I've got a bunch, or my .40 reloads that I crank out by the bucket, but I have loaded som 10mm for it a little.

9.7gr of IMR 800-X will give you about 1300fps (maybe a touch less in your gun) and 7.6gr of 4756 should be in the 1150 ballpark.

I've also had good results with AA#7. It's a little dirty and you have to keep the pressure up or it gets very dirty, but it'll usually give nice accuracy and good velocity. R,

there was an article in Handloader magazine , in depth, on 10mm loads, a must read. i forget which issue . contact them they sell back issues.

My 610 is the 3" model with unfluted cylinder. I usually use Remington 180 grain JHPs with Power Pistol powder. This makes for a pretty good flash!

I need to work up a good Longshot load. Seems to make the same velocities at close to the same pressure, without all of that nasty flash.

My Delta Elite likes the Power Pistol load, but ,likes it .2 grains below what Alliant says is max. To save trouble, this is what I normally shoot in the Smith, even though it will take a tad bit more.
