10mm Magazines - Follower Colors

I'm sure this has been discussed here before by my search didn't turn up much. What is the deal with the different 10mm magazines? I have seen yellow and white followers. Is there a real difference or just different vintage?

The white are the newer ones, they are shaped a little differant but I never heard of any problems with the yellow.

There are three kinds of 10mm mags: 1st model has yellow follower and a beveled front. 2nd model has a white follower. Third is also a white follower with "accu-glide" written on the side. There is no difference in performance, only that the yellow ones are older.

All my yellow ones have stronger Wolff replacement springs and they actually perform better than the newest accu-glides. Its great having them color coded for me.

There's also straight (not beveled) yellow followers.
