Don't know if this has come up before...
Nevertheless, my boss was screwing around with one of the 10rd Long magazines and converted it to a 25rd!
Measure 3.5" down the backstrap of the magazine, then .5" in from the backstrap on both sides of the mag. Drill a .125" to .25" hole on each side...you'll hit a metal pin. Drive the pin out with a punch.
You now have a 25rd mag!
I won't be back in the shop till Wednesday and I'll try to take some pics.
If you're scrambling for mags during this panic and can only find the 10rd Long's, this may be an option for you.
